Facilities and Directions
Gustavus Field (West of Lund Center and South of the Swanson Tennis Center)
For over 100 years, Gustavus baseball played its home games on natural grass, but starting in the spring of 2018 the Gusties moved into the next generation of baseball facilities with their brand-new synthetic field turf, which was entirely donor-funded.
The renovation will be completed in two phases beginning with the installation of SPRINTURF Ultrablade DFE 42 on the entire field. Phase two of the project, which is contingent on fundraising, includes a covered grandstand, press box, new scoreboard, dugouts, bullpens, and an elevated berm down the first base line for spectator viewing.
